Grille Screen

150mm x 50mm see through slots in brick bond pattern, made of aluminum tubes and links. Formed on 6mm solid steel rods Available from 1m to 5M+ any width. Able security roller grille screens can optionally be configured with part traditional solid steel slats/laths.

Electric Motor		 100mm diameter steel tube section fitted with 240volt single phase motor, using a maximum 3 amp per run. Motor comes complete with internal limit switch adjustments in up and down mode set by Able engineers on installation.

Brackets
and guides		 Fabricated in 3mm rolled sections of steel, U-Channel/Guides available in 40/50/75/100mm deep, 25mm wide, bracket end plates (boxes) available in 205/300/355/380mm square.

Coil covers		 20 gauge pressed galvanised steel sections
Colours Any BS or RAL numbers required at an additional cost

Remote Control 		Operation
Electric security key switch inside and out, rocker switch inside, but if required outside the switch must be housed in a galvanised lockable steel box or optionally switch can be operated with a remote control unit.

Manual operation
push up/push down		 100mm diameter steel tube section fitted with internal helical spring, balanced on installation by Able engineers for ease of operation

Brackets and guides		 Fabricated in 3mm rolled sections of steel, U-Channel/Guides available in 40/50/75/100mm deep, 25mm wide, bracket end plates (boxes) available in 205/300/355/380mm square.

Bullet Lock		 Bullet locks, solid steel body welded to face of guide. Locking pin is made of hardened steel for excellent security, locks can be keyed alike, each lock is supplied with two keys, we advise that two locks are supplied for each individual shutter.
